Welcome to Language Lab. Language Lab is an educational platform that offers language learning courses, both online and through our physical institute. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, platform, and services.

These terms apply to all visitors, registered users, and enrolled students of Language Lab.

To access certain features or enroll in courses, you may need to create an account. Accounts can be created manually using an email address and password, or via supported third-party sign-in options such as Google.

• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when registering.
• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.
• You must not share your account with others or allow unauthorized individuals to access your account.
• If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, you should notify us at the earliest opportunity via our contact page.
• Language Lab is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.

Language Lab offers a variety of language courses available online and, where applicable, at our physical institute. Course availability may vary based on scheduling, capacity, and other operational factors.

• Enrollment in online courses may be completed through the platform, subject to availability.
• Institute-based or offline learning programs may have separate enrollment processes and may require in-person registration.
• Language Lab reserves the right to modify, reschedule, or cancel courses at its discretion. Affected students will be notified accordingly.
• Eligibility for certain courses may depend on prior assessments or prerequisites as described in the course details.

Upon successful completion of eligible courses, Language Lab may issue certificates of completion to qualifying students. The issuance of certificates is subject to the following conditions:

• Certificates are issued only after the student has met all course completion criteria, including attendance, assessments, and any other requirements specified by the course.
• Certificate eligibility is determined by Language Lab based on individual performance and participation.
• Language Lab does not guarantee employment, admission, or any specific outcome resulting from the receipt of a certificate.
• Certificates are intended as a recognition of course completion and are not equivalent to formal academic or professional qualifications unless explicitly stated.

Language Lab does not currently operate any online payment system through its website or platform. All course fees and related payments are handled exclusively through our physical institute.

• Fees must be paid offline directly at the Language Lab institute location.
• Language Lab does not accept payments via online transfers, UPI, cards, or any digital payment method through this website.
• Students are advised to obtain and retain proper receipts for any payments made at the institute.
• Fee structures and payment schedules are communicated directly at the institute and may vary by course.

By registering an account or enrolling in a course, you agree that Language Lab may send you communications via email, SMS, or other messaging channels. These communications may include:

• Course enrollment confirmations, updates, and reminders.
• Schedule changes, announcements, or important notices related to your enrolled courses.
• General platform updates, new course announcements, or service-related information.

We will not use your contact information for unrelated commercial marketing without your consent. You may contact us to update your communication preferences at any time via our contact page.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Language Lab's platform and services:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration, enrollment, or any interaction with the platform.
• Attempting unauthorized access to any system, account, or data within the Language Lab platform.
• Misusing platform features, including but not limited to abusing communication tools, submitting spam, or manipulating course data.

• Introducing malicious code, viruses, or harmful scripts into the platform.

Violation of these prohibitions may result in account suspension, termination, and, where applicable, legal action.

Language Lab's platform and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not make any warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, completeness, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose.

• Language Lab does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free, or continuously available access to the platform.
• We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of our services.
• Language Lab does not guarantee specific learning outcomes or results from completing any course.
• We are not responsible for technical issues arising from your internet connection, device, or third-party software.

Language Lab reserves the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.

Your continued use of Language Lab's platform or services after any changes have been posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. We encourage you to review these terms periodically to stay informed of any updates.
