Language Lab offers the option to sign in using your Google account for added convenience. This is entirely optional — you may also register using your email and password. When you use Google Sign-In, our Platform only requests access to a limited set of information from your Google profile.

We do not request, store, or have access to your Google account password. We do not access your Google contacts, Drive files, Calendar, or any other Google services beyond the name and email address required to create or authenticate your Language Lab account.

Language Lab values your privacy and does not sell, trade, rent, or transfer your personal data to outside parties for marketing or commercial purposes.

We may share your information only in the following limited and necessary circumstances:

• Legal Obligation: When required by applicable law, regulation, court order, or governmental authority, we may disclose personal information as legally required.
• Operational Partners: We may share information with trusted service providers who assist in operating our Platform — such as hosting and analytics — subject to strict confidentiality agreements.

Please note that we do not currently provide a self-service data deletion feature. To request removal of your personal data, please contact our support team directly and we will handle your request in accordance with applicable laws.

Language Lab integrates with a limited number of trusted third-party services to support the functionality of our Platform. These services may collect or process data according to their own privacy policies.

• Google (Authentication): We use Google OAuth for optional Sign-In functionality. Google may collect data related to the authentication event in accordance with its own privacy practices. We only receive your name and email as described in Section 5.
• Google Maps (Location Display): Certain pages may use Google Maps to display our institute's address or branch locations. Google Maps may collect geographic and device data per Google's Privacy Policy. We do not use Maps to track user movements or collect location data from users.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services. We encourage you to review the privacy policies of any third-party services you interact with through our Platform.
